Every day we strive to reach our ultimate goal: craft the best red wines possible. Indeed, our flagship wine, Refosco, or our fruit-driven, herbaceous Cabernet Sauvignon, and still, our smooth Merlot, spicy Cabernet Franc or the iconic Pinot Nero, are always true to our terroir. Our “secret recipe” then is to add a touch of wood and a lot of patience, love and care. And this works well. 100% Stocco. Nothing else.
